 - as long as we are interested in modern lighting design, Lumina is a name we automatically associate with 'DAPHINE' - one of the first outstanding italian lighting designs of the 70's.- Table lamp ' Daphine Tavolo ' shown at the left side of the picture and the corresponding floor lamp were the first of this lighting family.- Later the table lamp ' Daphinette ' and ' Cloe ' were designed.- Wall lamps in two different sizes are also available - all these delicate lighting fixtures are designed by T o m m a s o C i m i n i . |

The 'Daphine family' is available in different colors: white, black or nickel-plated for the 'Cloe' (right lamp) white, black, metallic bordeaux/blue/aluminium or nickel-plated for Daphine tavolo/terra/wall and Daphinette.- All lamps have two light intensities , pivoting arms and a rotatable head. Tangram is moveable in various directions - up/down, back and forth - the head is rotatable within 340 °. The Tangram body can be fitted onto a base plate as a table lamp; onto a base plate with stem as a floor lamp; onto adapters for 'Vitra' and 'USM' table-systems as well as a clamp. The metal surfaces of the body and base plates are available in the same color palette as the 'Daphine'. Elle is an adjustable floor lamp for direct and indirect lighting. The lamp's head can be rotated throughout 360 °. On one side a screen grid is fitted into the head for glare control, the other one is without for direct light. It comes with a floor dimmer control. The ' Elle family ' is available in the following colors: white, black, metallic grey and nickel plated.- Technical info: 300 W linear tungsten halogen bulb socket R7s. The Elle can also be obtained as a ceiling lamp with a short or long arm, as a floor lamp with only one arm and as a wall mounted version. |
